"My Programme" - this shows the programme for the groups that you have joined over the next few months.
"My Groups" - this shows the groups you have joined.
"My Payments" - this shows the membership payments that you have made.
"Check My Details" - this shows your personal details - please check this page and ensure that all your details are correct, you can update any details and confirm the amendment by clicking the OK button at the bottom of the page to update your details.
"Contact a Member" - you can contact any other member of the Chudleigh & District u3a who has an email address - just start to type in the name of a member and select the right match. Their email address will not be visible to you but by default your own email address will be visible to the recipient so that they can reply to you. You can use the member name System Administrator to contact the System Administrator if you have any queries about the website.
"Admin Site" will appear for members who have an authority within the website and this will switch into the background system for functions such as sending bulk emails to members.
"Change Password" is a simple way to change your password whenever you wish.
Under "Activities" on the Menu Band you will find:
"Group List" this shows the list of Groups in various formats; by Category, by which Groups are on which day of the week, by venue, in alphabetical order, or just those Groups with vacancies. Group leaders can update and contact their Groups by choosing a specific Group.
"7 Day Calendar" shows those groups that have meetings within the next 7 days.
"Monthly Meetings" shows the programme for the Monthly Meetings on the third Wednesday of each month over the next few months.
"Outings" shows any specially organised trips that are being organised but usually these are organised by the Theatre and Visits Groups and details can be found within those individual Group details.
Under "Information" on the Menu Band you will find:
Document Store - this currently holds Gift Aid forms, Risk Assessments and previous Committee Meeting minutes. It will also have previous Newsletters and AGM papers added soon.
Picture Gallery - this is hardly used but has the facility for Groups to show photos of their various activities. Any photos to be added should be sent to the System Administrator.
Newsletter - this shows the current Newsletter.
Links - this shows links to various local facilities.
